The menu range is as extensive as the rocky coast of Galway and tailored to every budget from our a la carte to our range of set menus starting at $17.50 up to $ 30.   All our recipes use only the best of local Australian produce fresh from the farm to your table. All ingredients are hand picked by Bill himself right from the cuts of meat which are prepared using traditional Irish methods by our butcher to the garnish, nothing is left to chance.
